Our Team
Dr. B. N. Chaitanya
Dr. B. N. Chaitanya, Founder and CEO, is a Doctorate in Biotechnology with 7 years research experience at Indian Institute of Horticultural Research and over 1.4 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. Being a researcher with strong publication record in national and international journals, he is also expertized in Biological pest management technology known as RNAi.
Dr. Chaitanya has an immense knowledge and experience in molecular identification and diagnostics of agricultural pests. Being an excellent researcher and an entrepreneur, Dr. Chaitanya has showed a growth curve in raising the company.
Manjushree. M
Manjushree M, Co -founder and Chief Operating Officer, is a multidisciplinary technocrat. She has done her B.E and Masters in IT and has an experience of over 4 years at Tata Consultancy Services, also she has an experience in academia for more than 2 years.
Manjushree. M is also a Founder & C.E.O. of 'Microcon Agro Products', which is food processing firm under Microcon Group . The project is being supported under women Entrepreneur scheme by KAPPEC, Govt. of Karnataka.
She has a great thirst towards Life Science and with her entrepreneurial skills, the company is venturing to greater strides.
Mahalakshmi Shashank
Mahalakshmi Shashank, Scientist, is a masters in Biotechnology. She has an experience of over 1 year as process associate at Infocon International Pvt. Ltd. Her core research area was on study of amino acids supplementation in Philosamia ricini (Eri silk worms). She is also trained in Microbial techniques, botanical extraction and molecular biology techniques.
